The included installation kit, designed for 3/4" or 1" main water lines, features high-quality Schedule 80 PVC components, an integrated drain valve for easy flushing and draining, a shut-off valve, tank connections, pre- and post-filters, and housings. This product may arrive in multiple packages.
Contaminant reduction testing and resulting values are based on the system's rated flow rates, which can vary depending on the actual flow rate in your home.
The Rhino® is an independently tested, superior water filtration system that removes up to 97% of chlorine and other contaminants from every tap in your home for up to 1,000,000 gallons or 10 years. However, it is important to note that this system will not reduce Total Dissolved Solids (TDS).
The system's newly improved divider valve enables a fast and reliable flow rate without any noticeable change in water pressure. Additionally, the integrated drain valve allows for easy flushing and draining of the system.
The unique upflow, dual-tank design increases water contact time with the contaminant-removing media, preventing clogging or media channeling. The post-filter then reduces any remaining sediment and organic particles. Furthermore, the Copper-Zinc (KDF) media helps prohibit bacteria and extend the life of the filtered water system.
Unlike some whole-house filters with bulky replacement cartridges, the Rhino filters are engineered for quick and simple tank changes. For optimal filtration and flow rate, replace the filters every 2 months. This system requires no electricity, drain lines, or back-flushing.
